David Knight is a hospitality veteran with more than 25 years of experience across both front-of-house operations and beverage management.
He has been a fixture behind a number of notable Seattle area establishments to include Black Duck Cask and Bottle, Reckless Noodle House, the matador, daniel’s broiler and previously worked with Columbia Distributing, gaining valuable insight into the supply and distribution side of the business.
At ochg, David oversees the beverage program and front-of-house operations alongside Brock. His outgoing personality and deep industry knowledge make him an essential cultural and operational leader. David will oversee daily operations across our regional locations as ochg expands while maintaining the brand’s high standards for hospitality and guest experience.
